Foreign Worker Selection
Sourcing, screening, trade testing and interview coordination against your exact job specification — so the shortlist you see is the shortlist you can hire.
Learn moreNeks Consultancy handles international workforce hiring end to end: selection, visa applications, documentation, training and arrival. You approve the people. We carry everything between the shortlist and their first shift.
Typical placement timeline: 8–16 weeks, corridor depending.
Client names shown with permission. Individual placement details remain confidential.
Most employers lose international hires somewhere between the interview and the airport. We cover every stage in that gap, so nothing is left sitting in someone else’s inbox.
Sourcing, screening, trade testing and interview coordination against your exact job specification — so the shortlist you see is the shortlist you can hire.
Learn moreWork permit and visa applications prepared, lodged and tracked: sponsorship paperwork, employer petitions, consular appointments and status follow-up.
Learn moreContracts, credentials, police clearances, medicals and translations — collected, verified, attested and assembled into a file that will not get bounced back.
Learn moreTrade skills refreshers, workplace safety, language basics and cultural orientation so workers arrive productive from week one, not month three.
Learn moreTicketing, departure briefings, arrival reception, accommodation coordination and the first-90-days check-ins that stop early attrition.
Learn moreContract drafting, payroll and benefits structuring, permit renewals, audit-ready record keeping and advice on labour law obligations in both countries.
Learn moreRecruitment agencies hand you CVs. Immigration firms handle filings. Training providers do orientation. We do the joins between them — which is exactly where costly delays and failed placements happen.
Bring us the requirement — twelve welders, three months, permits included — and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable, what it will cost, and where the risks sit. Before you sign anything.
A 30-minute scoping call, no obligation. We will map your requirement to a realistic corridor, timeline and budget.
These are registered, screened workers already in our system — not a database we would have to go and build after you sign. Numbers are minimums and can be scaled up on request for larger mandates.
We run targeted recruitment campaigns for specialist roles — certified technicians, machine operators, drivers, healthcare support and more. Tell us the specification and we will tell you the realistic lead time to assemble a shortlist.
Skilled, semi-skilled and support roles across the sectors where labour shortages bite hardest.
You get a named consultant, a shared status tracker and a scheduled update every week — so you always know which stage each candidate sits at.
We map the roles, headcount, skill levels, salary bands and timelines with you, then confirm which source countries and visa routes actually fit the requirement.
We advertise, search our talent pool and screen applicants against your criteria. You receive structured profiles, not stacks of unfiltered CVs.
Trade tests, technical interviews, language checks and reference verification. You interview a filtered shortlist by video or in person and make the final call.
We assemble every document, handle attestation and translation, prepare the employer and worker filings, and track each case to decision.
Selected workers complete safety, skills and orientation modules, plus a briefing on their contract, rights, destination and what their first weeks will look like.
Flights, arrival handling and onboarding support — followed by scheduled check-ins with both worker and employer through the first three months and permit renewals after.
It depends on the destination country and visa category, but a typical end-to-end placement runs 8 to 16 weeks from signed mandate to worker arrival. Government processing time is usually the longest single stage — we give you a realistic timeline up front and flag slippage early rather than at the end.
No. We operate on an employer-pays model in line with international ethical recruitment principles. Workers are never charged for placement, and every candidate gets their contract terms explained in a language they understand before signing.
Every placement carries an agreed replacement guarantee period. If a worker leaves or is found unsuitable within that window, we replace them under the terms of your agreement. Our aftercare check-ins exist precisely to catch problems before they become departures.
Yes — most of our clients have an HR function already. We plug in where the gap is, whether that is only the visa and documentation workload, only sourcing, or the full cycle. We report into your systems and cadence, not the other way round.
We work across multiple source and destination markets and match the corridor to the role, the skill availability and the visa route that is genuinely open. Tell us the requirement and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner for it.
We operate under the required recruitment and labour licences for the corridors we serve, maintain audit-ready records for every placement, and can supply our credentials and references during onboarding.
Send the roles and headcount. We will come back with a realistic timeline, a corridor recommendation and a fixed quote — usually within two working days.
